Sarah’s story of understanding home care mastery begins with her Grandmother. Grammy Louise had a wealth of knowledge from the University of Maryland where she obtained a Masters degree in Home Economics.

That knowledge was passed onto Sarah’s mother, Kristi Blincoe, who went on to establish a thriving Luxury Home Property Management company, and a renowned Bed & Breakfast in Summit County. Sustaining these ventures for over three and a half decades, teaching Sarah every step of the way! Sarah's parents, George and Kristi Blincoe, have made Summit County home since 1981.
