SUMMIT COUNTY ROOTS
Sarah was born amidst a legendary April snowstorm in 1987, a day of powder and celebration shared with family and friends at Arapahoe Basin. At two years old Sarah began her skiing adventures but also started learning the ropes of household chores.
Sarah’s story of understanding home care mastery begins with her Grandmother. Grammy Louis had a wealth of knowledge from the University of Maryland where she obtained a Masters degree in Home Economics. That knowledge was passed onto Sarah’s mother, Kristi Blincoe, who went on to establish a thriving Luxury Home Property Management company, and a renowned Bed & Breakfast in Summit County. Sustaining these ventures for over three and a half decades, teaching Sarah every step of the way!
Sarah's parents, George and Kristi Blincoe, have made Summit County home since 1979. Their entrepreneurial spirit has blessed their son and daughter, to work hard to also call Summit County home.
Sarah started home care early!
Today Sarah, her husband Rick, and their young son Thomas find immense joy in calling Summit County their home. We pray to continue this tradition of living and working in the mountains for generations to come. Sarah and her team look forward to caring for your home. I recently hired The Summit Standard housekeepers to do a comprehensive move out clean for a property I sold in Frisco. It was the best cleaning I have seen in my 25 years of selling real estate in Summit County. They cleaned every surface, the appliances, the garage, and made arrangements for a window washer and carpet cleaner. The 10 year old condo looked brand new which was exactly what I wanted for the new owners. It was not the cheapest cleaning service in the area but I think they may be the best! I highly recommend
