 The Summit Standard was founded on something rare in today’s luxury market: generational stewardship.

 I am a Summit County native. 

Long before luxury home management became an industry here, my mother Kristi Blincoe built one of the original high-end home management companies, along with a private in-home Bed & Breakfast. Over nearly four decades, she established a reputation for integrity and owner-first service. 

I grew up inside this world.

 My father, George Blincoe, founder of The Dillon Dam Brewery, taught me leadership, trust, and that reputation is earned one interaction at a time - along with a deep love for these mountains, especially skiing them. 

  I was raised in stewardship, service, and standards. 

I learned early that true luxury is not flash.
It is consistency.
It is discretion.
It is follow-through.

It is knowing the mountains well enough to anticipate what others only react to.
