Sarah was born amidst a legendary April snowstorm in 1987, a day of powder and celebration shared with family and friends at Arapahoe Basin. At 2, Sarah began her skiing adventures but also started learning the ropes of household chores.
Sarah guided by her grandmother's "Masters" in "Home Economics," paved the way for a legacy of domestic mastery. This wisdom was inherited by her mother, Kristi Blincoe, who went on to establish a thriving Luxury Home Property Management company and a renowned Bed & Breakfast in Summit County. Sustaining these ventures for over three and a half decades, teaching Sarah every step of the way!
Sarah's parents, George and Kristi Blincoe, have made Summit County home since 1981, and their entrepreneurial spirits has thrived alongside an abundance of joy.

Today, Sarah, along with her husband Rick and their young son, Thomas, find immense joy in calling Summit County their home and pray to continue this tradition for generations to come. Drawing upon the valuable insights in luxury home care from her mother, Kristi, and the polished skills of her Army-trained veteran husband, Sarah and her team look forward to caring for your home.
